A career pivot creates the opportunity to transition into a new role which best suits your sense of purpose, passion and interests. Career pivots are rarely obvious at the outset; therefore, we use a proven process to help you gain clarity and take control of your career.

Over 4 x 1.5 hour sessions, we enable clients to evaluate what makes them tick; understand how they can leverage existing skills and inspire them to identify multiple career possibilities. We challenge our clients to push much further than they ever thought possible and we help them gain as much momentum by identifying practical steps which can be taken right away.
