We support third level students, from first year to graduates, to discover and design their best career possibilities. 

Many students start a college course and find that their expectations of the course do not meet the reality.  Other students pursue a college course and arrive in the final year of that programme and wonder, “what now”? 


As parents, we want our children to avoid taking too many wrong choices in their career. If you've ever felt unhappy, stuck or lost in your career, you may be wondering how you can best help yourself (or your son or daughter) increase their chances of making decisions that will help them achieve career success and happiness. 


It's hard to think clearly when we are not sure what is next.   We help students become more self aware of their strengths, what matters to them and how they can make better informed decisions that reflect their uniqueness, values and aspirations.  We help them positions themselves for the future world of work.

Why our process works?


Depending on the goals and challenges of the student, our sessions are tailor made to each third level student.  Following an initial telephone call, we will determine the number of sessions required and what needs to be included within each session:  
  • online career interest and aptitude tests to provide insights into why students should further explore key career areas
  • advanced career coaching questioning, tools and techniques to help students understand their unique strengths, interests and skills and how to apply these to their college and career choices
  • providing strategies and tips to further explore and prototype their best career possibilities
  • guiding students on next steps which may range from work placements, job / apprenticeship search and college or further education courses
  • identifying specific courses for further studies including post graduate, part time, online and other upskilling options
  • planning a job search strategy to kick start your career 
  • preparing cv's, application forms and professional social media profiles
  • conducting interview preparation sessions and mock interviews
