We help school students, from Junior Cert to Leaving Cert, to explore, detect and discover their future college and career possibilities so that they can make informed decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

We work with teenagers and college-bound students to make decisions about post-school opportunities. By providing independent career guidance on the most suitable future career fields and college options, we support the student to achieve greater clarity and increase their confidence in making decisions for their future.

Why our process works

We follow a step by step process, which students' find engaging, yet can be adapted, for each client, to include:
- working with a leading supplier of careers and aptitude tests to provide insights into why students should further explore key career areas
- using advanced career coaching tools and techniques to help students become more aware of their unique strengths, interests and skills
- providing strategies and tips to investigate and prototype the identified career possibilities
- guiding students on next steps which may range from work placements, job / apprenticeship search and college or further education courses.  College isn't for everyone so we provide a range of options for after the leaving certificate.
- updating parents / guardians on outcomes from the consultation process along with a detailed report to guide further exploration and decision making

Step One: Assessments

Step one is the completion of online careers profiler and aptitude assessments to provide an in-depth, scientific assessment of each client.  On completion we analyse the results to understand who you are, what your strengths and interests are to inspire career options.

Step Two: Consultation

We meet online or in person, for up to 2 hours, with you to dive deeper into your unique interests, preferences and aspirations.  Combining our insights with the assessment reports, we explore their best options to achieve your dream career and propose subjects, college and other options to best support each students aspirations and abilities. 

Step Three:  Debrief & Report

We wrap up each consultation by debriefing with a parent or guardian.  We also provide an in-depth report and access to an online portal to enable further research.  We ensure students have a plan on what to do next to get on their best path, CAO or further education courses, etc.   We are available to answer further ad-hoc questions and where needed, we offer additional one hour CAO or international college application sessions are.
