About Petrina Mitchell

With more than twenty years experience in Human Resources, covering many international locations within the Technology, Medical Devices, Retail, Services and Language industries, Petrina has coached many employees to unlock their true potential, advance their careers, so that they achieve both professional and personal success.  

Then, in 2018 Petrina took another step on her career pivot and set up a career consultancy to leverage her depth of experience in recruitment, people development, HR and business. She believes that everyone has the potential to reach their goals, once they know what they are.  She loves inspiring and supporting people to develop careers which harness their full potential and design careers that best supports them both professionally and personally. 

Petrina is known for her practical, engaging and empathic approach to uncovering the ‘real you’ and inspiring you to take control, make better informed decisions and plan your next steps.

Here's a few extra nuggets about Petrina:

- She is from the west of Ireland and has worked internationally (USA, Europe, India, Hong Kong, etc) with fantastic colleagues from many cultures and countries 
- She's married and has three busy boys (the oldest is working in his profession for a few years and two still in school) 
- Petrina loves sports of any kind and is enjoying triathlons at present (though still working on her open water swim starts)
- She is practical and hands on, and loves to find ways to make things easy
- She loves to keep up to date on the psychology of people and their habits, triggers and successes
