Hi!  I'm Petrina

I work with adolescents and adults, in both one to one and group sessions, to help them get greater clarity and confidence on their next steps.  

Career choices can feel overwhelming.  With so many variables and new opportunities emerging ever year, it's easy to feel lost or unsure about the right pathways for you. 

Over the last few years, I've helped hundreds of students and adults move from confusion to clarity. Together we discovered and designed career and college pathways that inspired action and built momentum towards fulfilling, rewarding futures.  

Before becoming a full-time Career Coach, I spent over 20 years leading Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Development functions across both public and private sectors in Ireland and internationally.  During that time, I helped thousands of employees grow, upskill and progress in careers that aligned with their unique strengths, interests and ambitions.  

This blend of real-world industry experience and deep understanding of career development gives me a unique perspective — one that goes beyond traditional school guidance or life coaching approaches.

About Petrina

With over twenty years' experience in human resources, I worked in international roles in technology, medical devices, retail, services, and language industries. I've coached countless employees to unlock their true potential, grow with confidence, and achieve both professional and personal success.  

In 2019, I decided to take my own career in a new direction.  Drawing on my experience in recruitment, people development, HR and business, I founded my career consultancy to help others build their careers with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose in their career choices.  

I believe that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals, once they better understand who they are and what matters most to them.  As a parent of three boys, my mission is to support young people (and not so young) to build and navigate future careers with purpose, potential and lots of future possibilities that fit their lives and ambitions.  

I'm known for a practical (definitely the farmer's daughter trait!), engaging and empathetic approach that helps us uncover the real you.  Empowering you to take control, make informed decisions and move forward with purpose.
