Tony Og has been at the heart of high performance teams and organisations as both a player and Performance Psychologist for over 15 years. He has played at the highest sporting levels winning many team and individual awards while captaining high performance teams on numerous occasions. 

Tony has a passion for education and personal development. Tony is a qualified Chartered Accountant graduating from NUIG with Honours Degree in Commerce and a Post Grad in Economic Science. Achieving a Masters in Applied Sports and Exercise Psychology, Tony currently works full time as a Performance Psychologist with a number of Ireland’s leading sport and business teams.
